Alex Thompson
Owner/Builder
Alex loves working with homeowners. He knows he is building your dream home, not his. So he encourages homeowners to be engaged from start to finish.
Alex is a second-generation master builder with 35 years of experience building custom homes in Oklahoma. A master trim carpenter by training, Alex is passionate about superior quality intently focused on building homes the right way. He learned the industry through his family’s home construction and lumber company. Prior to starting Highland Building Company, Alex was the lead foreman for a company building multi-million-dollar custom homes in Nichols Hills.

Ron Thompson
Project Manager
Ron believes in a hands-on approach to home building. He’s been that way for 50 years. Ron oversees all aspects of construction. He is on the job site daily, paying attention to the smallest details. He works with homeowners to select the finest building materials for every aspect of their custom homes. And he works with the tradesmen to ensure highest level of workmanship goes into every aspect of every home.
